HOW TO USE VA-STS
To make a VA-STS call, dial the West Virginia Relay STS toll-free number (866-519-0570) or 711 and request VA-STS. The relay operator will initiate a one-way video session to you and then dial the person you want to call using standard STS procedures.

information on equipment requirements and call procedures.
