A program that provides loan devices for West Virginia Relay residents with qualifying hearing, speech, blind/low-vision with hearing loss or dual sensory disabilities.
West Virginia Relay Customer Profile allows relay users who access relay through a toll-free number to submit their user preferences such as: contact information, emergency numbers, conversation preference, speed dial, or customer notes.
