If West Virginia Relay users are not eligible for the state loan program, they can purchase CapTel phones for $99 directly from WCI (Weitbrecht Communications, Inc.)
by calling 1-800-233-9130 (V/TTY) toll free.
Or they can order online at www.captionedtelephone.com/availability/WV.php
For Federal Government only:
Are you an active Federal employee? If so, your Federal CapTel® phone is accessible domestically from work, home or while traveling in the fifty states. No domestic toll (long distance) charges for calls made anywhere in the United States.
CapTel phones for active Federal employees are available for the agency to purchase on the GSA schedule at www.captel.com/federal.php.
Note: Spouse, siblings or children of deceased federal active employees do not qualify to purchase a Federal CapTel phone on their behalf.
